The EB-3 visa is another option. This is for people who are considered unskilled workers, skilled workers or professionals. A skilled worker is anyone who has at least two years of experience in their field, and an unskilled worker is anyone who has less than two years of experience in their field. They also have to meet education and training requirements. Professionals must have a bachelor’s degree or the U.S. equivalent of that.
